Recycle old posts

Hello,

I am trying to recycle old posts and it works as expected only when I am logged-in.

If I log out, it stops pressing the posts. Log back in; it immediately picks up the pace. (reminds me of when the cat is away, the mice will play). 😉

I have:
Auto Post Schedule 60 seconds
Recycle Posts Mode? Yes
Minimum Recycle Age 7 days

It is consistently recycling old posts every 60 seconds, but only when I am logged in.

So, am I doing something wrong? Or do I need to do something to make sure it recycles when I am not logged in?
