Hello,
We are also experiencing the same issue. Our contact form worked as of Jan 27 and not sure when it went down after that.
We have 3 forms on the site, but the basic one is at http://www.sivclaurier.ca/contact/
Our host is GoDaddy. I read in some posts about the GoDaddy issue of non-domain related emails so we created a forwarding email with our domain name, however this has not resolved the issue.
The mail settings are:
To: [email protected]
From: [your-name]
& Reply To: [your-email]
It is just a simple form:
Your Name (required)
[text* your-name]
Your Email (required)
[email* your-email]
Subject
[text your-subject]
Your Message
[textarea your-message]
[submit “Send”]
Help would be appreciated. Thanks.

It’s considered to be rude when you try to take over someone else’s topic with your problem.
Sorry, I posted in this thread b/c it is the same issue of the red border error message from the latest WordPress update. It seemed relevant to just add to this thread.

This e-mail was sent from a contact form on S&P Healthcare (http://www.snphealthcare.com)
Does [email protected] exist? Are you able to receive mail to the address?

Yes, I have created [email protected] on server.
What other plugins and theme do you use?

I have used Be theme – themeforest (brought) and plugins as Akismet, Contact Form 7, Contact Form DB, Duplicate Post, Force Regenerate Thumbnails, LayerSlider WP, Simple Side Tab, Slider Revolution, WPBakery Visual Composer.
Try deactivating plugins except Akismet, Contact Form 7 and Contact Form DB, and switching to the default theme.
After I disabled LayerSlider WP Contact form 7 was working fine again.

Hello,
I have changed home page “contact form” with another form plugin till this issue has solved.
And it shifted to another page link as follow:
http://www.snphealthcare.com/contact-us/
Please refer this page for contact form
If you have modified any code in the three plugins, delete and reinstall them. If you are certain the problem is not in your configuration or plugins and theme code, contact your host for support. They may be able to check server logs.
