Red Border Issue

Hello,
on my site aidabund.de i´am using two forms.

On my contact site under Kontakt the form, the redirection and the email sending works fine.

I checked alredy the settings of my second form and read a lot of issues about the red border error. In the secon form i´am using the same e-mails, the same settings. What i did ist to write different error an submission text. In the secon i´am using although these additional settings:on_sent_ok:

“location = ‘http://aidabund.de/danke/’;”
acceptance_as_validation: on

In the first form i´am only using the first one.
What is important to say is, that i´am using the second form in a tab. but i already tried it out in an page – result: same error message.

SThe seond form you can see at: Aida / Mitmachen and then choose “Mitgliedsantrag Online”.

I although tried out to delete the birth date, or the accordance check boxes, but the error ist still there.

Can you help me pls ?
