Just an FYI, we’ve never actually billed a single client to date as we’ve worked out and optimized the infrastructure side. As with any email service, it takes time to build a reputation with Internet providers to ensure your emails are delivered.
That said, we know we’ve got two issues that are glaring:
- Signup – we know the current wizard and signup process is terrible. We’ve already got a UX expert to review and design a new process. It will be under development soon.
- Template – we thought we were really doing something special by offering customers a full templating system, but if you’ve never developed a theme, you know how hard it is to build the template. We’re pulling back and developing a drag and drop editor.
- Scheduled Test and Preview – The current preview merges the email with your theme – which isn’t optimal and was reported as a bug. We’re going to redesign this to open and view as it looks in the email client. Also, we know we need a test method for this so you can see your email.
