    Hello, how can I redirect exactly after the successful completion of the quiz?
    Now the redirection is happening, no matter how the vitorita is passed, in fact, always.

    even if you insert wp_forms into the message after the successful completion of the quiz and fill it out after refreshing the page, this form will be sent as many times as the page is refreshed.

    I want to mention, that the Quiz Maker plugin has the Intervals functionality via which you can achieve your desired result.
    In order to find this option, you can go to the Quizzes > particular quiz > Results Settings tab.

    With the help of this option, you can redirect users according to the score they got for the quiz.

    Please note, that this option is available on the PRO version of the plugin.

    By the way, as to the second point, I wouldn’t recommend you to insert the form inside the form, since it is against the HTML rules.
