Redirect Delay & Refresh Issues

Hi there, I need some assistance please.

We’re using this plugin to redirect users to a TY page upon completing our CF7 form. We can’t seem to control the delay at all, regardless of which options we use in the Redirect action. But the main concern we have currently, is that there seems that the form is refreshing upon submit, before the redirect. This makes it look as if the user’s submit did not work or that nothing is happening…until after about 3 or 4 seconds, then the redirect occurs
