Redirect disable not working

I installed Redirect this morning and added a single redirect, worked great. Then disabled, but the redirect was still active. I’ve cleared cache, tested on another machine/browser, checked .htaccess, wp_options, disconnected all plugins by renaming the plugins folder, etc… no luck. Any thoughts on how to disable the redirect. Thanks.
