    My set one URL to redirect to another.
    but it does not redirect at all
    The plugin works with Arabic words?

    This is correct. If you want a URL to redirect to another URL, it must be done directly.

    The plugin works with Arabic words?

    This has not been tested. I don’t see any reason for it to not work. The plugin makes no distinction about languages.
