Redirect doesn’t work

Created a redirect – redirect was correctly saved…still it would not redirct to the adress

Thank you for reporting this! Can you share from which page you applied the redirect to which other page?
Also, do you have any form of caching (either directly on your site, or on the server) activated?

Would it be an option for you to create a backup of your site with this plugin https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/backup-backup/, create a test site on https://tastewp.com, then use the Super-quick migration option (with the same plugin) to restore your site there, and then see if that issue also exists on that server? That may give us a clue if the issue is on your server or not.

I already did both…
Okay, could you please let us know the outcome from using a different plugin? It it works with a different plugin, then it points to an issue in ours, and we’d be very much interested in getting at the bottom of it.
