Redirect engine

Is there a plugin which allows you to simply create redirects – In other words: to do it with wordpress and not needing to go to the adminpanel of my hosting everytime..

An example:
http://www.example.com/test redirects to http://www.example.com/?p=10
So /test would redirect to /?p=10.

There are some plugins who do the reversed action /?p=10 to another link (http://ww.wp.xz.cn/extend/plugins/quick-pagepost-redirect-plugin/ etc.).
