redirect issue

Hello!

My main website has a subdomain. I begin redirecting 2-3 pages from the main website to the subdomain. I entered the source and destination URLs in the 301 Redirect plugin (free) but now when I enter my main website address it directs me to a page in my subdomain. I tried to deactivate the plugin but that didn’t work. Is there an issue with redirection of a domain page to a subdomain page and how can I fix this?
