Redirect Loop

I just started to configure the site (hosted by godaddy) and when I tried to sign back on I kept getting “the webpage has a redirect loop”
Error 310
It tells me to delete the cookies, and after doing that, I still have the same problem.

I’ve tried for hours to fix it but can’t seem to find a way.
