Redirect on submission authentication problem

When ‘Register me now’ is pressed it needs to redirect to a booking form. The link works fine if you click the text ‘Novotel Vines Resort Swan Valley’, but if you fill in the form and press the register me now button I get a message ‘Authentication to client/corporate profile has failed, please try again.x’

It actually works fine in IE. In Firefox I still see some text about the special offer, but in Chrome I don’t get anything about the offer, just the message above.

Any ideas? TIA

I ran some dummy tests and was not able to replicate this issue. I am going to need to subscribe to your list in order to properly test this. Do you mind if I do that?

I just subscribed and was successfully redirected to the following page:
https://www.reservations.vines.com.au/index.site.bookings.671.html#038;autoPass=RAMM18

Can you try testing this again on your side?

The redirect should go to this page: https://www.reservations.vines.com.au/index.site.bookings.671.html

Note the difference in the wording under ‘Book your stay’?

The problem is with the ‘#038;autoPass=RAMM18’ that has been added to the link at the end.

Any ideas?

Hmm. There’s nothing in our plugin that would be adding variables to the URL. Can you confirm that your custom URL redirect value is https://www.reservations.vines.com.au/index.site.bookings.671.html and doesn’t include the additional #038;autoPass=RAMM18?

So sorry to bother you with this one – I was sure I’d double checked the text in the Custom URL field but it was the incorrect link. This should be fixed now. Sorry for taking your time on this one!
