Redirect page adds dynamic variable

Hi!

I have entered the redirect URL in the processor settings: http://accesit.se/tack-for-visat-intresse

However, having filled out the form and when I’m being redirected, the page also displays a dynamic variable: http://accesit.se/tack-for-visat-intresse?cf_id=17

Can I avoid that?
