Redirect problem

    We found that updating the plugin today to version 4.5 caused a redirect loop which prevented access to the WordPress admin. The redirect seemed to be between urls /wp-admin/wcal-about and wp-admin/wcdn-about
    We are also using the woocommerce-delivery-notes plugin so perhaps there is a conflict between the two plugins.

    Hi, sorry but I can’t provide more information or a video. We fixed the problem by removing your plugin which we can do without, so we don’t have an issue any more. I posted here just for your information – you might be able to reproduce the problem by installing woocommerce-delivery-notes together with your plugin. Or, it might be something that is unique to our server setup. Hope that helps.

    Ok, no problem. Thank you for sharing the information.

    I installed WooCommerce Print Invoice & Delivery Note plugin on my staging site and updated Abandoned Cart Lite for WooCommerce from v4.4 to v4.5 but unable to replicate the issue for the redirect loop.

    Can you please let me know if this is the same issue you faced when you updated the Abandoned Cart Lite for WooCommerce to v4.5?
