redirect problems with version 2.3

hi Josh,

some problems with version 2.3 after upgrade:

1)created new affiliate links with ShareASale links. redirect to error msg:”There is an error in your link code. Please get a new copy of the code from your account and replace the current code on your website.”
Actually there’s nothing wrong with ShareASale links, I tested using default WP link buttons and the links work.
Existing affiliate links created before version upgrade still works.

2)Created new affiliate links with Name.com links. No redirect error message, just blank screen. I test the links using WP default link button, it worked fine. Existing name.com affiliate links created before upgrade still works.

i did try to de-activate and re-activate the plugin and check permalinks, but that doesn’t solve the problem. Any idea what’s causing those errors?
