Redirect Public Queryable

I’m looking to redirect links to a taxonomy to a page, rather than to an archive page as I don’t want to the taxonomy pages to be indexed.

I have changed the Public Queryable setting to false, and this redirects URLs to the homepage of the site but is it possible to redirect it to a specific page?
