    Hi,

    I just tested it with Redirect From “に感謝します)huawei-p50” and it works OK for me. It is recognized and displayed correctly 🙁

    If you are seeing ?????? then there might be an issue with the database or server charset configuration.

    Pls what can I do to recover it, I don’t want to let https://www.sample.com/huawei-p50/ redirected to https://www.sample.com/

    It’s not a 5 minute fix if it’s a charset issue 🙁 You will need to go over the entire flow and see where it’s breaking down. First to check if it is saving correctly in the database, then if it is read back correctly.

    But in your example, https://www.sample.com/ に感謝します) huawei-p50/ I see space characters before and after the Japanese characters. So that could be an issue if it is added like that in the Redirect From box, it should just be に感謝します)huawei-p50
