Redirect Rules tab technical issues

    The Redirect Rules tab has stopped working and is showing the message:

    “The site is experiencing technical difficulties. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.”

    redirect rules are working but the interface to add and edit them is missing, any ideas?

    Hi,
    When did this start to happen? When you updated the plugin or WP?

    Not sure, it’s only just been noticed because we don’t add redirects that often so could’ve been with a previous WP or plugin update.
    Plugin is at v 2.40 and WordPress is 5.2.1

    We had no other reports similar to this one and haven’t changed anything significant in the plugin for months 🙁

    Other things on the site work as expected?
