Redirecting after comments

I’ve recently upgraded wordpress to the newest version. It works well, but I have a little problem: I use pop-up comments and every time someone leaves a comment, they get redirected to the index page (with comments).
Is there a way to modify the redirect, so that visitors will be redirected to the comments page but without my post on top?
