Redirecting Help

Hello PLEASE HELP

So im am putting a link into one of my articles which is this: http://www.thomson.co.uk/cruise.html

but when the link is clicked on my website it redirects it to that page but with a whole lot of jargon first like this:

and then when the page loads its like this:

which the company im working with dont want to see because they want to copy and paste a clean link

I have no idea what im doing and need help as soon as possible!! 🙂
