Yes, you’ve been hacked. Google says your site is unsafe, and Sucuri sees malware: https://sitecheck.sucuri.net/results/www.equalambiental.com

Get a fresh cup of coffee, take a deep breath and carefully follow this guide. When you’re done, you may want to implement some (if not all) of the recommended security measures

If you are unable to clean your site(s) successfully, there are reputable organizations that can clean your sites for you. Sucuri and Wordfence are a couple.

    yes it is hacked

The hacker is redirecting to a website which is showing fake cloudflare page looking very similar to original cloudflare verification page and it is asking to press win+R and then paste the auto copied command and your user pc will be compromised with this malware

Please immediately change the records of your domain temporarily and fix your site so users are safe

Also tell if you are using any nulled theme or plugin ?

There’s no need to do that. Just fix your site.

Yes cleaning the site from malware is actual fix.

The dns change is only to protect your customers from malware temporarily so they don’t see it and redirected to fake website.
