Redirecting URL – Question

Hello everyone. In my website I currently have a button saying “Forums”. I want, when I click on it, to redirect me to my website’s forums. I have tried the [url=xxxxxxxxxxxx]Forums[/url] method but it will not work.

Also, I have a link called “Forums” and when I click on it, it redirects me to the forums.

So, how can I set this to a button, like the “Home” one?
