Redirecting URLs with .php Extensions

I have a number of URLs with the .php extension that don’t seem to work via the plugin. I’m redirecting them to standard WordPress URLs like “…/injury/”

Example: http://www.allan-berger.com/new/forms_injury.php

Is there something I’m missing?
