Redirecting with form values

    Hi!

    I need to redirect user to several different “thank-you” pages based on the values user has submitted via google forms. Any idea how can I do it ? The “thank-you” url will be the same but I’d like to insert form values as parameters to the url. 🙂

    I cannot think of anyway to do this without writing some custom code. Even then I don’t think it would be easy, certainly not in the general purpose case. The form values do not persist through the WordPress flow once they have been posted to Google.
