Redirection breaks Unicode ®

    I have Version 2.4.3 set up on my site with many redirects in place using action pass-through to keep the URL of my site in the address bar. On the redirected pages, there are multiple instances of ® but when the page is viewed through the redirect, they all show as ®
    No errors show up in my browser’s developer console.
