Hi @michelp92
Thank you for getting in touch.
We tried to check the page, but it is asking for the username and password.
Using ‘A Post with Category’ in your content settings will restrict access to the articles that uses the selected category.
It looks like there’s a misconfiguration with your restricted content.
If you’d like to restrict the category page and still access the articles, kindly use Categories: Selected in the content settings.
Should the issue persist, can you share a screen capture of your restriction settings for the content?
Let us know how it goes.
Hello Bel,
Thank you for your answer.
Purpose of using your plugin.
I would like that in the articles page, if we click on an article belonging to the category “space-residents”, we are redirected to the login page.
Option 1 – redirect the articles of the category “espace-residents” in one go
We use “One article with category”
This option does not work.
You are redirected to the login page.
Option 2 – Using “a selected article” in your content settings will restrict access to the articles that uses the selected category.
In each restriction we can only put 3 “or”.
We have to create a new restriction to add up to 3 new “or”.
We had already reported this problem to you.
Another more serious problem in this option.
After a certain number of restrictions (15)
The restriction is not saved. We are blocked. We can’t add new articles of the category “espace-residents”.
Can you try to allow more restrictions with this option.
Thank you very much for your help.

Hi @michelp92
We received your message on our site and replied to it.
The issue might be related to a theme/plugin conflict or server settings, as it cancels the WordPress admin-ajax file to process the post function.
Can you try disabling third-party plugins and/or using a default WordPress theme to see if that isolates the issue?
Lastly, try increasing your server’s PHP limit, and see if that would also help.
Let us know how it goes. Thank you!
