Redirection Errors

Hi,

I have successfully installed the plugin and the code.

Clicking this link » http://keepingupwiththetimes.blogspot.com/2011/11/handmade-gifts-jelly.html
Should redirect to » http://www.keepingwiththetimes.com/2011/11/handmade-gifts-jelly.html

However, the redirect results in
http://www.keepingwiththetimes.com/?b2w=http://keepingupwiththetimes.blogspot.ca/2011/11/handmade-gifts-jelly.html

and a subsequent 404 error.

What is wrong/missing in the code that is causing this????
