Redirection functionality is not working

Hello,

I think the redirection to view freshdesk tickets after login is not working properly.

For example : http://wphero.wphstaging.com/freshdesk-test/ is the url where freshdesk shortcodes are added.

Now, when I am not Login it ask me to login first and takes me to below url
http://wphero.wphstaging.com/wp-login.php?action=fd-remote-login

After logging in (from the same user which is both present in freshdesk and in site). It should redirect me back to http://wphero.wphstaging.com/freshdesk-test/ .

BUT this is not happening, it is redirecting me to customer my-account page.

Please suggest how to solve this problem.

It is a password protected site. So password is: wphero
