Please turned on “Mobile Redirection” option from the settings as shown here(http://take.ms/Ta5Xw) and try visiting from your mobile to see the AMP pages.

I have the same issue.
I turned the redirection on like it is shown in the picture.
Than nothing works using my mobile device. Only loading and loading etc. If I turn it of the redirection is working (to blog-domain/amp) but that is a problem as well because /amp is an empty starting page, only /?amp is working.
What to do to fix that?

That worked for me. I saved the permalinks page twice (if that matters, i have another plugin that makes me do it twice, so i did it twice for good measure).
