Redirection keeps throwing a 200 code

Hello.
I just recently moved my old wordpress.com site to my new .com site. I’ve activated the Redirection plugin, but it’s not working. I’ve read various how-to articles, including the ones for my new host, Hostinger, and I’m doing everything right (as far as I know), but none of my old links are redirecting.
I keep getting this message:

Expected: 301 to https://amberdaulton.com
Found: 200
Agent: Not using Redirection

For the record, I haven’t moved my old domain to my new domain (the option that costs $13.99), and I’m not going to. I get so few views on my old domain that it’s not worth it to me to pay anything to move it. I don’t know if that has anything to do with the Redirection plugin not working, but I thought I should mention it.
