• I use redirection on multiple websites and the logging function is no longer working. I used to have my sites hosting on standard Godaddy shared hosting and the log files worked fine. I’m now on Digital Ocean and Linode cloud servers and the log function no longer works. They are Ubuntu with a LAMP stack. I’m guessing there is some setting that needs to be enabled. I’ve checked the DB and all the tables still seem to be there.

Can anyone point me in the right direction so I can get the log files working again?

    Thanks,
    Brad

  • If all else fails, you (or someone you trust, if you’re not feeling up to going techie on your DO setup) might want to check on what user owns the log files and check that against the Apache user. In most normal stup scenarios, those two need to match. I’ve got a few sites using this on DO, and haven’t had any issues to-date.

I have the same problem. Log files since last update are not tracked.

CORRECTION – I checked the database. They are there but aren’t showing in the interface. How do I enable everything to show like before?

By the way, I love your brilliant software. I did send $ for coffee. I hope everyone else will, too.
