I have the following redirection set up

However, when I go to this URL – http://www.tower.house/th_faq/why-am-i-encouraged-to-send-towerhouse-status-certificates-for-buildings-not-currently-ranked/ – the redirect does not work.

What am I missing?

I added “http://” to the beginning of the source and target URLs. When I saved the changes, the fields were re-formatted as in the screenshot – https://www.evernote.com/l/AdwWV4rI_75IJaVkFblaNkHPzFnjJ-Z1xqQ.

When I now go to the source URL, I receive the following error – https://www.evernote.com/l/Adyq-SB3p9pM7baADWzJrZkMnMGCacZkHow. Note the URL at the top of the window.
