Redirection Not Working

    Hiya,

    I have tried a number of solutions to get the contact form redirection plugin to work on this site. It is a great plugin that I use regularly but I can’t seem to get to the bottom of the error on this website.

    The spinning wheel goes around then stops.

    Any help would be appreciated

    This is probably a theme issue. You have some JS problem, and I believe it’s related to some smooth scroll script you have, but it might be something else. Please try the following to debug:

    Thank you for getting back to me. I did all the debug tasks on that post and unfortunately it still didn’t resolve it, not even with a different theme. Is there anything else I can try?

    Hi @kpierduta,

    I’m quite sure it’s not related directly to our plugin. It’s either a theme issue, a plugin conflict, or you cannot send any forms at all (which is related to your hosting company). Please try to turn off Contact Form 7 Redirection and tell me if the form has been sent successfully.
