Redirection not working

    I’ve always done 301 with the plugin, but it’s starting to give me problems. I have done more than 100 but in the last ones something is wrong.

    Right now, I have done a redirect and if I am logged in and signed in to wordpress it does perform the redirect fine. However, if I log out of wordpress or look at it in incognito/unknown or with another browser the redirect does not work. What could be happening?
