Can you provide more details? What is the full URL? What redirect did you create for it?

I would like redirect https://www.camerup.fr/regions/alsace/ to https://www.camerup.fr/regions/Grand-Est/ ?

I create an redirection with url source : /regions/alsace/ and url target : /regions/Grand-Est/

But not work

The URL is now redirecting, so I imagine the cache was cleared.
