What is the redirect you created?

I am having the same type of issue.
I created a source. https://www.pinterec.ca/services/radio-frequency-engineering-support/
and I created a target. https://www.pinterec.ca/rfsupport/
I get the following error:
Check redirect for: https://www.pinterec.ca/services/radio-frequency-engineering-support/
Expected: 301 to https://www.pinterec.ca/home/rfsupport/
Found: 200
Agent: Not using Redirection
I noticed that your plugin removed the website domain from the source. This is what the source field looks like:
/services/radio-frequency-engineering-support/
To both people: can you show exactly what you created in Redirection?

Ok, you seem to have created a server redirect. You will probably be better using a simple URL match. Change the ‘Match’ dropdown to ‘URL only’ and ensure the target is correct.

Changing the match to”URL only” did not solve my issue. I actually had to delete the redirect command and start over again. When I recreated the instruction I selected URL Only which changed the type of redirect.
I then was able to add the links and deleted the cache. I checked the URL and it worked.
I’m having this same issue, and it’s really bizarre because ONE of my redirects works but not the others. They’re both configured the exact same, too. Any ideas?
Here’s my setup for ALL redirects (with exception to my source/target URLs):
Source URL: https://ncs.cartender.co/colonial-west-chevrolet-service-specials/ (your plugin makes this a relative path but this is how the URL was entered)
Query Params: Ignore and pass params to target
Match: URL only
When Matched: Redirect to URL
Target URL: https://ncs.cartender.co/service/colonial-west-chevrolet/
Group: Redirections

My settings are “to URL only”
But
“expected” 301
“found” 403

The issue is that it’s not saving the original request to URL only, it’s reverting back to URL and Server, once you go back and edit the Redirection entry, that’s where you have to choose URL only and resave + test
I was also trying to redirect but it was working fine for me with non www version and i have tried all best options but did not get a solution to get also working with www version
then I make a figure out that my DNS is not updated properly for the www version
you must make sure all basic things are updated properly
