Redirection stopped working and CSS issues appeared.

We’ve installed your plugin on multisite website (using subfolders) WordPress installation to allow (static url) redirection from http://www.domain.com to http://www.domain.com/us/ for countries from both America’s. It worked at the beginning but 2 days a go redirection stopped working and plugin caused massive css distortions on http://www.domain.com for mentioned countries users. Do you have any idea what may’ve caused the problem? Maybe WP 3.7.1 update?
