Redirection when running WordPress in its own folder

Hi great plugin much thanks. One thing I have noticed though. If I run wordpress in its own folder as per method 1 here. The plugin works fine but if you press “check redirect” on one of the redirects you have created it always fails with a big red cross and “Agent: Not using Redirection”.
I’ve tried fiddling with the settings but always get the same thing.

Hi thanks for the reply. Screenshots of the redirect are below. Or did you mean the URL of the actual site? If so do you have somewhere I can send it to avoid posting it on here.
