Redirection with a language translation?

I would like to know if it is posible to redirect to an user with a language translation. Example:

– http://www.mywebsite.com/contact —> If the user it’s from France
– http://www.mywebsite.com/fr/contact

Something like this http://www.mywebsite.com/{{country_code}}/{{requested_path}}
