Redirection with character "@" does not work

i create follow redirection : : /photos/ TO https://www.flickr.com/photos/99892372@N05/

but it’s does not work ! The character “@” is missing, why ? Result : https://www.flickr.com/photos/99892372n05/

can u help me or fix it please ?
