Redirections missing

Hi

Was working well after new site launch – but all of our redirects seemed to have disappeared. I re-uploaded a previous batch to test in case they had accidentally been deleted – but Redirects list is still blank. Only one redirect that was created manually (not through CSV upload remains).

What’s going on?
