Redirects

I use Ultimate Members plugin forms to have standard members login to a employee only page. After login the redirect works great, but if they go back to the main site page then click on the employee login page to get back to the hidden page it won’t redirect after login. It takes them to a account/ sign out with a profile pic. Is there anyway to change this for already logged in users. Thanks
