Redirects don't work

Hi guys,
I’ve got a problem with the plugin. The first redirect in this screenshot (https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=10152728715970172&set=gm.795727793829657&type=1&theater) is working, the second not. I want a redirect from http://www.timmeyer.de/Kontakt.htm to http://www.timmeyer.de/impressum/. Better would be to http://www.timmeyer.de/ but that didn’t work either.
Can someone please help?
