Redirects not triggering

to the correct page

When I try entering only /producto/minero-iceriver-ks0-pro-200gh-s-kas-2/, it redirects to other pages without issue. However, I need this specific 404 page to redirect, but it keeps failing.

I’ve confirmed that the parameters I entered are the same as before, and redirects for other pages work fine—only this 404 page doesn’t.
