Redirects on multiple sites not triggering

    I use this plugin on 3 websites, 2 days ago (25th June 2025) on 2 of those sites redirects stopped working. When the link is clicked it tries to load the source url and never triggers the redirection to the target URL.

    When logged into the wordpress backend the redirects trigger without issue, however when logged out they don’t. I have tried clearing all caches, disabled all other plugins and even restored old backups, yet the issue is still happening. Am really confused and WP engine support have also independently tried the above troubleshooting also, they also cant seem to find the cause of the issue.

    Has anyone got any ideas at all what could be the issue here? we have 100’s of redirects currently not working for products out in market.

    As the plugin hasn’t changed it seems very unlikely the problem is there. Based on you saying it works when logged in then this is almost certainly caused by a cache, which are sometimes disabled when logged in. Your site appears to be cached in multiple places, and any of those could be causing the problem.

    Hi All, I had ?=qr at the end of my url’s. I removed this from all source URL’s and it started working again. Not too sure why this was the issue, but its working again now.
