Redirects stopped working after plugin update

Hi,

I updated the plugin from ver 1.3.6 to 2.3.0 and all the redirections to thank you pages stopped working.

I have 127 contact forms. What should I do to fix this?

Hi Yuval,

I followed the steps on the link but still the redirections don’t work.

Hi @sasha17,
- Please attach a screenshot of the form’s redirect settings (form id 45285).
- Go to Contact->Extensions->Check “Debug” (at the bottom) and save (See screenshot)
- Go to the form settings (45285)->Debug tab->check “I approve sending debug information” and click Send Debug Report (See screenshot)

Hi @sasha17,

Got your debug info. I can’t see anything suspicious. If you did turned off all plugins (all but Contact Form 7 and Redirection for Contact Form 7) and switched to default theme and the plugin still did not redirect, there are only two last possible solutions to try:

1. Try migrate again from your old settings: https://i.imgur.com/MIsLApW.png
2. Rollback to version 1.3.7 (your settings will still be there).

Hi Yuval,

I tried migrating again – it didn’t work.

I installed ver 1.3.7 and it works now.

I hope we’ll be able to update the plugin in the future…
