Redirect/Submit conversion

Good Morning!

I need some help with our contact form. I’d like to redirect it to a THANK YOU page, but don’t know how to do that. I assume that’s part of the callback function?

If not, how can I track conversions?

I will need fairly detailed instructions. Thanks!
