Redis cache configuration issue

I have a WooCommerce store with 1500 products built on Elementowr. I have Redis on the server and installed the Litespeed Cache plugin to configure the cache and improve the performance of the application.
I configure everything according to the documentation, but the cache is not working.
The response header says there is no cache….
How can I fix this? Has anyone had a similar problem?
Below is the information about the server and plugins:

@michalzs Redis extension should not stop the caching.
Let’s see why the cache is not activated.
Please enableDebug Log( https://docs.litespeedtech.com/lscache/lscwp/toolbox/#debug-log ) then set theDebug Level( https://docs.litespeedtech.com/lscache/lscwp/toolbox/#debug-level ) toAdvancedLoad a page(in incognito) and share the Debug log lines that were generated by the page load.
To see the logs, go to https://docs.litespeedtech.com/lscache/lscwp/toolbox/#log-view-tab and selectDebug Log. We recommand sharing the logs here: https://pastebin.ubuntu.com/ and paste the link generated.
