    Hello Support Team,

I am experiencing an issue with Redis Object Cache on my server.

I have multiple WordPress websites hosted on the same server. When I install and activate the Redis Object Cache plugin on two or more websites, one website starts redirecting to another website unexpectedly.

The issue only occurs after enabling Redis Object Cache on multiple sites. If I disable the plugin, the websites work normally again.

Could you please investigate whether this is related to Redis configuration, cache key conflicts, or any server-level Redis settings? Please let me know what changes are required to make Redis Object Cache work correctly across multiple WordPress installations on the same server.

    Thank you for your assistance.

    Best regards,
    Shubham Verma

This is a well know and documented issue that we cannot avoid. Check the FAQ.

Each site MUST use their own Redis database and after you configured that you must call FLUSHALL on Redis to clean your server.
